The 304 stainless steel mesh and all non-penetrative clips are warranted against manufacturing defects and material failure for 10 years from the installation date. If the mesh corrodes, breaks down, or fails under normal use, we replace it at no charge.
If any section of mesh loosens, a clip fails, or a gap appears as a result of our installation, we return and rectify it at no cost.
If you sell your home during the warranty period, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owner automatically. The installation address is what matters — not the original customer name.

Professional solar panel cleaning every 24 months is required to keep the full 10-year mesh warranty active. This prevents debris accumulation around the mesh that can accelerate material wear and retain moisture.
We provide a digital installation record with the job date, address, panel count, and mesh footage. Keep this — it establishes your warranty start date if you ever need to make a claim.
If you notice a gap, a loose section, or visible damage, contact us promptly. Delays in reporting can complicate claims where additional damage has occurred as a result of the initial issue.
Do not attempt to repair, extend, or remove mesh sections yourself. Unauthorised modifications void the warranty. If you need mesh adjusted for panel access or system upgrades, contact us first.
Damage caused by tradespeople (roofers, electricians, antenna installers) accessing the roof, storm impact, or deliberate interference is not covered. Document any third-party roof access in case it's relevant later.
The warranty requires professional cleaning every 24 months. If panels go uncleaned beyond this period and mesh degradation can be attributed to debris retention, the claim may be declined.
Any repair, extension, or removal of mesh sections carried out without our involvement voids coverage on the affected sections. Always contact us before any roof work that involves the mesh installation.
The warranty covers material failure — mesh or clip defects that allow bird re-entry. If birds re-enter through a gap caused by a failed component, that is a warranty claim. If entry occurs through a gap that was present from installation, that falls under the installation workmanship terms.
Any professional solar panel cleaning — including by us or a third-party cleaning service — satisfies the requirement. Keep a receipt or invoice showing the service date and address. DIY cleaning does not count for warranty purposes.
Contact us before any panel replacement work. We can attend to temporarily remove and reinstall the mesh, and this will not void your warranty. If a third party removes the mesh without our involvement, warranty on the affected sections is voided.
